Is an online PDF signature legally valid?
In most countries — including the United States (ESIGN Act), the European Union (eIDAS), and India (IT Act) — a simple electronic signature is legally binding for ordinary business contracts.
This tool creates a simple electronic signature. It's perfect for everyday contracts, NDAs, and sign-offs. It is not a qualified digital signature with a certificate, which is required for a smaller set of high-stakes legal documents.
